For three immersive days, join Kate Gillespie and Matt Phippen in Vancouver as we bring the Movement Method Core Curriculum to life through movement, lecture, and hands-on practice. You’ll deepen your understanding of the principles behind the Method in a way that’s simply impossible through a screen.

What You’ll Learn
We’ll expand on the concepts from the Core Curriculum, including:
The Stack and how your core functions as a pressure system
Breathing mechanics and their relationship to posture and movement
Why gait is the foundation of healthy movement
Rotation: the missing link in mobility and strength
Common compensation patterns, and how posture, breathing, mobility, and strength influence one another
Practical assessment, hands-on coaching, and cueing you can apply to real bodies
This in-person training builds upon the online material with practical experience that makes the concepts click. (The online training is not a pre-requisite - you will receive access to the virtual course to study at your own pace.)
