Salt Spring Fall Retreat 2027

SALT SPRING FALL RENEWAL RETREAT with Kate Gillespie and Carolyn Anne Budgell

September 23 - 27, 2027 at Stowel Lake Farm, Salt Spring Island

After our first magical retreat at the farm in 2022, Carolyn and I decided that these retreats MUST be an annual event! We took a pause in 2026 to explore Galiano Island, and cannot wait to take it back to Stowel Lake Farm in 2027. These 5 day retreats will soothe every part of your mind, body and soul. We’re excited to share a sweet blend of Functional Flow, Spa Yoga, Meditation, nature, ocean plunges, big laughs, bonfires and R&R.

Stowel Lake Farm is a thriving organic farm, retreat centre and community on Salt Spring Island, BC. The farm is located on over a hundred acres of mixed forests, fields, rocky outcrops and rolling hills. This idyllic place has been hosting retreats for over 30 years, and we're so excited to experience it with you!
