After our first magical retreat at the farm in 2022, Carolyn and I decided that these retreats MUST happen at least twice a year! Join us at Stowel Lake Farm on April 11 - 15, 2024 for our spring edition. These 5 day retreats will soothe every part of your mind, body and soul. We’re excited to share a sweet blend of Vinyasa, Spa Yoga, Meditation, nature, ocean plunges, bonfires and R&R.

Stowel Lake Farm is a thriving organic farm, retreat centre and community on Salt Spring Island, BC. The farm is located on over a hundred acres of mixed forests, fields, rocky outcrops and rolling hills. This idyllic place has been hosting retreats for over 30 years, and we're so excited to experience it with you!
