Learn to Fly - Inversions
A playful afternoon building courage to explore asana upside down. We start with the deconstruction of the component parts of handstand and forearm balance, and mindfully prepare the body to support itself inverted.There will be skillful focus on shoulder mobility and stability, core integration, and optimal positioning of the physical structure to balance efficiently on your hands. As long as you are open to attempting inversions at the wall (even with a little fear!), this workshop is for you.
